THAT Council direct Staff to proceed with Option 1 regarding the Implementation of Recreation Management Software (RMS) report. "THAT Council direct Staff to move forward with the implementation of a recreation management software program supplied by Amilia SmartRec; AND THAT associated costs be funded 50% through the MRCC budget line and 50% through the SALC budget line; AND THAT Council direct the Municipal Manager to execute the service agreement with Amilia SmartRec for a one (1) year period."
