THAT the Regular Meeting of Council agenda dated February 18th, 2025, be approved as presented this date.

THAT Council direct Staff to proceed with the purchase of a new commercial lawn mower through the LAS Canoe Procurement Group Contract, which is an approved procurement method under By-Law 4021-2023 item 3.3(g); AND THAT Council approve Option 1 as presented this date; AND FURTHER THAT Staff explore options for an alternate/back-up mower and bring back to Council.

THAT Council authorize the use of up to a maximum of $6,000.00 from the Social Services Operating Reserve to assist qualified Township of Montague applicants with obtaining energy audits required for participation in the Better Homes Lanark Program; AND THAT Township applicants provide proof of the requirement of the need for financial assistance, to the satisfaction of the Township of Montague and/or County of Lanark; AND FURTHER THAT Staff submit a requisition for reimbursement of said funds to the County of Lanark for approved applications.

THAT By-law 4127-2025, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its Regular Meeting held on February 18th, 2025, be read a first, second & third time & passed, signed & sealed this 18th day of February, 2025.

THAT Council adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council of February 18th, 2025, at 7:19 p.m., until March 4th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or at the Call of the Chair.
