THAT Council accepts the 2nd Quarter Building Statistics for 2026 Report as information.

THAT Council accepts the 2nd Quarter Septic Statistics for 2026 Report as information.

THAT Council accepts the 2nd Quarter Public Works Activities Report for information.

THAT Council accepts the 2nd Quarter Senior Active Living Centre (SALC) Report as information.

THAT Council accepts the 2nd Quarter Planning Report as information.

THAT Council accept the 2nd Quarter Clerk’s Department Report for 2026 as information.

THAT Council receives the Budgetary Control Report as of June 30th, 2026, as information.

THAT Council accept the 2026 Capital Works and Grant Projects Update report presented this date as information.

THAT Council accepts and approves the report for the 2026 OSIM as presented on this date.

THAT staff be directed to award contract 2026-PW-06 to Thomas Cavanagh Construction for a total Cost of $60,191.04 including non-refundable HST; Page 4 of 7 AND THAT staff be directed to utilize winter maintenance operational reserve if required.

THAT Council receive Staff’s report regarding amendments to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act stemming from Bill 97, as information.

THAT Council proceed with Option 1 in relation to the peer reviews of studies prepared by professional engineers. "THAT Council receive Staff’s report on updates to the Planning Act related to studies submitted by professional engineers; AND THAT Council authorize Staff to refund the peer review deposit in the amount of $3,310.90 (inclusive of HST) to the applicant for Site Plan Application SP26-002; AND THAT Council authorize Staff to pay the peer review fees for Site Plan Application SP26-002 from the Planning Consulting Fees line; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct Staff to review local planning fees and bring back a follow-up report to Council with recommendations to increase or remain status quo, following the municipal election."

Page 5 of 7 THAT Council approves the use of up to $5,000 from the donation line to fund the Fire 50th Anniversary; AND THAT Council approves a donation of $1,500 to the Rapid Response Team for the BBQ lunch; AND THAT Council members provide their availability for the event and their intent to make a speech at the event; AND FURTHER THAT Council provide staff with any special invitations that they wish to extend out for the event.

THAT Council accept the building communities strong application for an expression of interest as information as provided this date.

THAT Council accepts the Senior Programming report as information; AND THAT Council directs the Reeve and a member of staff to meet with the Montague and District Seniors Forget Me Not Club about the Christmas function.
