Page 1 of 3 THAT Council enter into a contract with Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited for the rehabilitation of McLachlin Road for a total cost of $659,664.82 (including non-recoverable HST); AND THAT Council direct Staff to bill Beckwith Township 50% of the cost, as per the Shared Road Agreement; AND FURTHER THAT Council approve the use of Public Works reserves, up to $10,000, to fund the balance from budgeted to actual, if there is no 2026 surplus available.
