Page 1 of 3 THAT Council deem the lands identified as the “Formerly Travelled Road” on the attached draft reference plan crossing the proposed severed and retained lots at 181 Fletcher Road to be surplus to the needs of the Township; AND THAT Council direct Staff to complete the road closing, notwithstanding the Township’s Road Closing By-law 3465-2015, as per the amended process proposed herein.
