Meer That Council approve the following addendum to the agenda of July 21st, 2015, to be placed under “Correspondence – Action Items” - City of Ottawa Councillor Scott Moffatt – Water and Sewer Rate Structure Review

That the Regular Meeting of Council agenda dated Tuesday July 21st, 2015 be approved.

That the minutes of the Special meeting of June 29th, 2015 be approved as circulated.

Meer That Council accept the following staff report: a) Clerk J. Ralph – McLachlin Road Assumption And that the following recommendation be approved: a) That Council pass Bylaw 3473-2015 being a Bylaw to assume a portion of McLachlin Road into the municipal roads system; and b) That Council authorize staff to enter into an agreement to transfer Part 4 of Plan 27R10588 to the Township of Montague

That Council accept the following staff report: b) Roads Superintendent J. Rowland – Truck Tender And that the following recommendation be approved: c) That Council authorize staff to order the Tallman Truck Centre International 2016 Truck with Viking equipment for $241,995.90

That Council approve the minutes of the Committee of the Whole for June 23rd, 2015 and approve the recommendations contained within.

That By-law 3472-2015, being a by-law to appoint an Acting Treasurer for the Township of Montague. BE READ A FIRST, SECOND & THIRD TIME & PASSED, SIGNED & SEALED THIS 21st DAY OF JULY 2015.

That By-law 3473-2015, being a by-law to assume a portion of McLachlin Road into the municipal roads systems for the purpose of the Township of Montague BE READ A FIRST, SECOND & THIRD TIME & PASSED, SIGNED & SEALED THIS 21st DAY OF JULY 2015.

That By-law 3474-2015, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a development agreement. BE READ A FIRST, SECOND & THIRD TIME & PASSED, SIGNED & SEALED THIS 21st DAY OF JULY 2015.

That By-law 3475-2015, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a development agreement. BE READ A FIRST, SECOND & THIRD TIME & PASSED, SIGNED & SEALED THIS 21st DAY OF JULY 2015.

That Council direct staff to review and amend the Procurement Policy specifically as it relates to the disposal of goods.

That this Council, at 6:44 p.m., moves to “In Camera” as per S.239 of the Municipal Act S.O. 2001 c.25 in order to address: (b) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; (d) Labour relations or employee negotiations; And more specifically, the CAO Performance Review.

That the In-Camera session rise at 8:22 p.m.

That Council authorize staff to engage Kathy Coulthart-Dewey to represent and assist Council in the negotiations for the CAO contract renewal process; and That Council conduct a Special Closed meeting on August 4th, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.

That By-law 3476-2015, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, July 21st, 2015; BE READ A FIRST, SECOND & THIRD TIME & PASSED, SIGNED & SEALED THIS 21st DAY OF JULY 2015.
