THAT the MRCC approve the agenda of May 22nd, 2025, as presented this date.

THAT the MRCC approve the minutes from the April 24th, 2025, meeting as presented this date.

THAT the MRCC receive the verbal update on Seedy Saturday as presented this date.

THAT the MRCC receive the verbal update on the 2025 Montague Summer Games as presented this date.

THAT the MRCC receive the verbal update on Mighty Machines as presented this date.

THAT the MRCC received the May 2025 financials as information.

THAT the MRCC accept the information as presented for the Redblacks and possibly organize something for the 67’s in the future.

THAT the MRCC adjourn the meeting of May 22nd, 2025, at 8:08 p.m. until Thursday, June 26th, 2025, or at the Call of the Chair.

THAT the MRCC approve the agenda of the April 24th, 2025, meeting, as amended, to add items 4(g) - April 2025 Recreation Financials, (h) Resignation of Kevin Armstrong, and (i) Lanark County Harvest Festival.

THAT the MRCC proposes a Township clean-up event later this year.

THAT the Breakfast with the Easter Bunny verbal update be received as information.

THAT the Seedy Saturday verbal progress report be received as information.

THAT the MRCC proceed with the Mighty Machines event scheduled for October 4th, 2025, as discussed this date & that a letter be sent to Council requesting their assistance at the event.

THAT the MRCC investigate the application process for the Festival of Small Halls and bring a report back to an upcoming MRCC meeting.

THAT the MRCC look into possible craft night options and discuss at a future meeting.

THAT the MRCC receives the April 2025 Recreation Financials as information.

THAT the MRCC accepts the resignation of Kevin Armstrong from the Committee and acknowledges his wish to remain as a volunteer.

THAT the MRCC decline the opportunity to participate in the Lanark County Harvest Festival.

THAT the MRCC adjourn the meeting of April 24th, 2025, at 8:09 p.m. until Thursday, May 22nd, 2025, or at the Call of the Chair.
