That the Committee of the Whole agenda dated October 15, 2019 be approved.

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following report: a) Clerk Administrator J. Ralph – Meeting Management RFP Page 1 of 4 And that the following be recommended to Council: a) That Council authorize an exception from the Procurement Policy to remove the requirement for advertising in local papers; and That Council provide direction on the scope of the RFP.

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following report: b) Fire Chief M. Greer – Medical Tiered Response Agreement And that the following be recommended to Council: b) That Council direct staff to place the necessary by-law to authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute a Tiered Response Agreement with the County of Lanark which permits the Montague Fire Department to provide emergency response to certain specific emergency calls for assistance to Lanark County Paramedic Services (LCPS) on the next agenda for approval.
