That the Committee of the Whole agenda dated May 21st, 2019 be approved.

That Council receive for Information.

That Council approve the zoning amendment as submitted and that staff bring forward a zoning by-law amendment at the next meeting. Reeve Dobson requested a recorded vote. That Council continue to deal with items on the agenda beyond the 10:00 pm adjournment limit of Procedural By-Law 3624-2017, as amended.

That Council adopts a Zoning By-law and included draft resolution at the next available meeting implementing the attached policy provisions relating to cannabis.

THAT the report from the Treasurer regarding the Strategic Asset Management Policy, dated May 21, 2019, be received; And That Council approves the Strategic Asset Management Policy, attached.

That Council direct staff to proceed with public notice in accordance with Schedule B of the Procedural Bylaw; and That Council direct staff to place the amended bylaw on a Council meeting agenda for approval once the notification timelines have been met.

That Council provide direction on the 2019 Community Donations.

That the Committee of the Whole meeting do now adjourn at 10:56 p.m
