That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: a) Planner K. Grenke – Tex Rind Site Plan And that the following be recommended to Council: a) Receive for Information

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: b) Clerk J. Ralph – Founder’s Day Event And that the following be recommended to Council: b) That Council authorize staff to proceed with the Memorial Wall Dedication Event on September 27th, 2015

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: c) CAO G. Barnes – Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund And that the following be recommended to Council: c) That Council authorize staff to submit an expression of interest to the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund for the renewal of Matheson Drive

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: d) CAO G. Barnes – Private Lane Upgrading Assistance Program And that the following be recommended to Council: d) That Council approve the recommendations as presented in this report endorsing a policy for private lane upgrading assistance program. Further that staff be directed to present, for Council’s consideration, a consolidated policy establishing a private lane upgrading assistance program.

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: e) CAO G. Barnes – Procurement Policy – Disposal of Goods And that the following be recommended to Council: e) That Council approve the recommendations as presented in this report endorsing changes to the Procurement Policy, related to the disposal of goods. Further that staff be directed to present, for Council’s consideration, a consolidated Procurement Policy containing the below modifications

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: f) CAO G. Barnes – University of Waterloo – Road network optimization software And that the following be recommended to Council: f) That Council supports the University of Waterloo’s application for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) grant, by way of a letter from the Township of Montague, and by way of a financial contribution in the amount of $3,000.00.

That Committee direct staff to prepare a report providing further information regarding the Discover Communities Event.
