That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: b) Clerk J. Ralph – Property Standards Complaint And that the following be recommended to Council: b) That Committee receive for information; and . That staff present to Council a report outlining options at an upcoming meeting

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: c) Student D. Perry – Retention Bylaw Report And that the following be recommended to Council: c) That the attached Records Retention By-law be approved; and d) That the proposed Bylaw be forwarded to the Municipal auditors for approval

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: e) Clerk J. Ralph – Lottery Licensing And that the following be recommended to Council: f) That the lottery license fees charged by the Township for all organizations be set at 2% of total prizes paid out

That the Committee recommend to Council that the lottery license fees charged by the Township for all organizations be set at 2.5% of total prizes paid out; And That Council direct staff to bring forward a report regarding lottery license fees in the 2016 year.

That the Committee of the Whole receive the following reports: h) CAO G. Barnes – Expense Policy And that the following be recommended to Council: i) That Council direct staff to present a Bylaw establishing the Expense Policy as amended
